A wonderfully comforting, soothing warm drink to brighten your day. Tulsi or holy basil is an adaptogenic herb that can help counter stress; it has a sweet, mellow flavor with notes of cloves, peppermint, anise and licorice.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup filtered Water, boiled

1 Tulsi teabag, or 2 teaspoons loose leaf

1/2 cup Nut Milk, make your own!

1 teaspoon Raw Honey

1 teaspoon ground Turmeric

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground Cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground Ginger

Crack of Black Pepper

 

Method

Pour hot water into a blender and add the Tulsi tea to steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bag or leaves and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until combined and frothy!
