Ingredients

2 small Beets, steamed or roasted

1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 Lemon's Juice + Zest

2 tablespoons Tahini 

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Cumin

Salt and Pepper to taste

Splash of Water to blend

 

Method

Prepare beets, add ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth
