Entry to wellness?

I was turned onto wellness through an old partner. He worked at a Whole Foods and we naturally became enthused with the lifestyle. I think when you’re around what serves your highest self you intuitively are drawn closer. So after exploring my passion for healing one’s body through nutrition, attention was given to other aspects of self needing nourishment. Enter spirituality—while it may not be in most people's initial forethought when thinking of the word wellness, it most certainly is at the core in my humble opinion.

How do you define wellbeing?

Your relationship with life as a whole. As everything is interconnected.. your mind, body, emotions, soul.. it all is connected to form your ‘well-being’

Your mission?

Is to empower people to actualize their innate sovereignty by self healing their mind body and spirit through integrated healing. So that they can cultivate the life they deserve to experience! Emotionally empowered and heart centered.

Describe your connection to meditation

There are so many directions I am inclined to take because of how drastically meditation can transform one’s existence. Meditation is about cultivating and strengthening self acceptance and thus self love. Self acceptance is the catalyst for self love. And we know that self love is the foundation for EVERYTHING. From creating new beliefs, to forming the deep heart centered relations we innately crave, to extending compassion to your neighbor who plays loud music late at night. Meditation has a beautiful ripple on every aspect of your life as it affirms the truth that you are inherently worthy for existing—that there is more than enough time for you to slow down and be, that there’s no need to prove your worth because your existence is the reason.

We often think of meditation as something we do to change… And naturally, being human, our ego will resist things that require change.. but meditation isn’t about changing who we are so much as accepting and befriending who we are. The light and dark. Heaviness and softness. When we switch the connotation around meditation and dissolve possible resistance, I feel it can be very helpful to integrating it in our every day life.

BEFORE BED?

Sleep is so important. It’s when our body integrates, detoxes, and heals. I use sleep mode on my phone so no texting/ chatting with anyone beyond 8 pm. All of my attention is focused inward and to winding down. Allowing my mind and body to know it is time for sleep. If I’m not drifting off to reiki asmr, I am laying in bed in darkness with candles lit, just being. It sounds funny maybe?.. but it’s so relaxing, haha.

Within? Internally

Many beautiful revelations.. everyday.. but as of recently the notion of mindfully detaching from storylines. The narratives we form around people, places etc. Questioning what and understanding why I have such opinions/ideas and deciding if I want to continue honoring the present stories (particularly ones that serve my highest good) or exercise choice.. as we are consciously choosing in every moment these storylines.

Externally?

I have and am creating fulfilling connections with humans and I couldn’t be more grateful. All great things take time and for me creating a solid relationship with myself (who I am/ my worth/ my ability to be loved/what kind of relationships do I desire & do I deserve) helped to attune my frequency.  So as of recently I’ve been attracting my soul family and it’s been life changing and nothing short of affirming the magic that is this experience.
