A classic holiday flavor turned into the ultimate afternoon pick-me-up full of sweetness, spice and satisfaction! 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Raw Cashews

7 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 tablespoon Nut Milk
1 tablespoon Molasses
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves or Allspice

 

Method
1. In food processor blend oats into a flour
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined
3. Roll into small balls
4. Optional: sprinkle with extra powdered ginger
5. Store in a refrigerator and enjoy!
