Avocado blended with raw cacao, dates, coconut cream, vanilla and a touch of sea salt creates a light, creamy, satisfying dessert.

Ingredients

2 Medjool Dates

1 ripe Avocado

1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder

3/4 can Coconut Milk
(Room temp, full-fat with cream)

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: Drizzle of Raw Honey 

or Maple Syrup
 

Method

Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until well combined. To serve, top with fresh fruit, nuts & seeds or coconut yogurt! Store in the fridge.
