The trick to the crisp is waiting at least 10 minutes after the granola is removed from the oven. Let the cacao, nuts and seeds reveal their rich roasted flavor.

Dry Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Walnuts, loosley chopped
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
3 tablespoons Cacao Powder
1/3 cup Cacao Nibs
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

 

Wet Ingredients
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

 

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
3. Stir in the wet ingredients, coating everything evenly.
4. Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, taking it out to move mixture around after 15 minutes.
6. Once baked, let it cool for 10 minutes. Be patient!
