This comforting combination never fails to start the day on the right foot.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup unsweetened Nut Milk or Water
1 teaspoon Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon Manuka Honey
Spoonful of Almond Butter
Sprinkle of Cinnamon 
Handful Frozen Blueberries
Optional: 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

 

Method
1. Bring liquid to boil in a small saucepan.
2. Add all of the ingredients (except blueberries) and reduce to low-medium heat.
4. Cook for 5 minutes and then add blueberries.
5. Stir occasionally and cook for a couple more minutes or until desired consistency.
