A delightful combination of oats, cahsews, dates, almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon... all in one simple sweet bite. 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Raw Cashews
7 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/3 cup Almond Butter
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Nut Milk to blend

 

Optional coating:

2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

 

Method

Add ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined. Roll into small balls and coat in mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon. Store in the fridge.

 

Serves

Around 10 balls
